It was necessary for us to take a moment to assess the reality of our service delivery and the smart transition towards a developed, electronic city and municipality, one that uses modern technology as a key foundation for spreading awareness, knowledge, and truthful information with a high level of transparency and accountability. This will be supported by effective and systematic administrative governance to provide services to the citizen and local community through advanced electronic intelligence that simplifies processes and services and streamlines procedures. This will be achieved through a clear series of electronic requirements and mechanisms that allow citizens and stakeholders to access services and processes electronically with ease, as well as the integration of electronic links with communication channels and related websites to improve service quality, institutional performance, and the electronic presence of the municipality in the national electronic intelligence landscape.
